Lealta Media, Inc. ("we" "our" or "us"), owns and operates the BondRewards program and the BondRewards for Education program (together, "BondRewards" or the "Program"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to the website www.bondrewards.com (the "Main Program Website") as well as any co-branded version of the Main Program Website (each, a "Co-Brand Program Website" and, along with the Main Program Website, the "BondRewards Website"), and governs data collection and usage while you are visiting the BondRewards Website or interacting with messages delivered to you through the Program via email or other channels that we may employ from time to time. By using the BondRewards Website, you explicitly consent to the use of your information and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We use the words "you" and "your" throughout this Privacy Policy to refer to you as both a non-member user of the BondRewards for Education Website and, where the context requires, a member of BondRewards for Education. If you elect or have elected to join BondRewards for Education, we also refer to you in this Privacy Policy as "member."

BondRewards for Education collects both personal and non-personal information using the methods listed below. Our primary purpose in collecting such information is to provide you with a personalized BondRewards for Education experience by displaying content and delivering offers that are likely to be of interest to you.

You are free to view portions of the BondRewards for Education Website without registering for BondRewards for Education. However, to take advantage of the offers available at BondRewards for Education and to access the areas of the BondRewards for Education Website reserved for members, you must register to become a member of the Program. Unless and until you register to become a member of the Program we collect no personal information from you.

BondRewards for Education asks you to provide us with contact information (including your first and last name, mailing address, email address and telephone number) and limited demographic information (including your year and month of birth and gender) when you register with us. Registration is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice as to whether or not to disclose this information. The registration form may change from time to time. However, only information marked "required" is necessary for registration and utilization of our services. Once you register with BondRewards for Education, you are not anonymous to us. We also collect information from you as you use our services and interact with offers from our advertisers and merchant partners.

When you visit the BondRewards for Education Website as a Program member, the server automatically recognizes you by your cookie. This cookie acts as a unique identifier and is linked to your personal information, which allows us to personalize the BondRewards for Education Website to your specified interests and allows you to access your member account features more easily. It also allows us to keep track of your activity on our site and allows us to properly credit BondDollars™ to your account. This information may be added to your personal profile and used to deliver offers and advertisements that are more relevant to your interests. We and our advertiser and merchant partners also use third-party cookies and clear pixel GIFs (also known as "web beacons") to count page views, measure email responses and track transaction activity corresponding to specific offers across multiple sites. For example, some BondRewards for Education' advertisers and merchant partners use third-party cookies to identify you as a BondRewards for Education member when you visit their sites from our site. This enables them to report your transaction activity to BondRewards for Education so we are able to properly credit your account with BondDollars. We may also use this transaction information to provide you with more timely relevant offers, products and services.

Full participation in the Program is dependent upon you setting your browser configuration to accept cookies, including third-party cookies. If you elect to disable cookies, you may not be able to participate in the Program.

For each visitor to our website (including visitors who are not members of the Program), our server automatically recognizes and records the following information:

• browser type (e.g., Internet Explorer)
• operating system (e.g., Windows)
• IP address
• requested document (the page you're looking at)
• referring URL (the page you came from if within the BondRewards for Education.com site)
• date and time of your visit.

In addition, for visitors who are members of our Program, our server automatically recognizes and records the following additional information:

• your registered BondRewards for Education Account ID and any Visit IDs
• details of any transactions involving our advertisers or merchant partners.

This information, sometimes called log-file or clickstream data, is used to monitor site performance and ensure the Program functions properly. If you are a member, it may also be appended to your personal profile so that we may further tailor the Program to your interests.

From time to time we may provide you with the opportunity to participate in contests, sweepstakes or surveys. If you choose to participate, we will request certain personal information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice as to whether or not to disclose this information. We use this information to notify contest winners and award prizes. We may also use the information gathered to better personalize your BondRewards for Education Program experience.

We do not rent, share, trade or sell your personal information to anyone for promotional purposes without your express consent. We do share data with our advertisers and merchant partners in aggregate form (in a manner designed to ensure you are not identified personally) so that they may better evaluate what products and services are most appealing to different segments of our member base. We also occasionally pass personal information via a secure interface to certain of our advertisers for the purpose of making it easier for you to sign up for their offers (a process known as auto-fill). However, this information is only to be used by the advertiser if you agree to submit the information to the advertiser for the purposes of completing an offer.

If you engage in a transaction with a third party, including the purchase of a product or service from one of our advertisers or merchant partners based on a link posted on the BondRewards for Education Website or contained in a BondRewards for Education email, you are consenting to our delivery to that party of your personal information in order to fulfill, validate and/or authenticate such transaction. Such third party will also be authorized to share transactional information with us in order to fulfill, validate and/or authenticate such transaction and may use any information we provide to them in accordance with their own privacy policy and information practices. We do not control these third parties and you agree that we are not liable for their acts or any failure to act on their part.

If you elect to redeem accrued BondDollars for a cash deposit into your bank account or the bank account of a third party, we require you to provide us with account information related to your financial institution in order to make the required deposit. We may also use this information to provide you with more relevant offers through the Program. If you elect to redeem accrued BondDollars for a U.S. Treasury Bond, you are required to create a Treasury Direct account and provide us with the necessary account information. Redemption is voluntary and you therefore have a choice as to whether or not to disclose this information.

For certain Services, upon your consent, we may receive personal information about you from third parties. Upon your initial use of any such Services, the information that will be received will be identified and you will be given a choice to accept or reject use of the Service. All such information received from, or provided to, any third party will be handled in strict accordance with this Privacy Policy.

One of BondRewards for Education' Services is the BondRewards for Education Connect Application for Facebook. If you choose to use the BondRewards for Education Connect Application for Facebook, you will be asked to consent to the disclosure to BondRewards for Education of certain personal information collected from you by Facebook. Please note, however, that we have no control over privacy settings in your Facebook account or any Facebook privacy policy. You may revoke the continued receipt by BondRewards for Education of your Facebook information at any time by way of your Facebook account. We may, without your consent, access and disclose your personal information, any communications sent or received by you, and any other information that we may have about you or your account in the following circumstances: as may be permitted or required by law, regulation, rule or court order; pursuant to requests from governmental, regulatory or administrative agencies or law enforcement authorities; or to prevent, investigate, identify persons or organizations potentially involved in, or take any action regarding, suspected fraud, violations of the BondRewards for Education Terms of Use or any activity that appears to us to be illegal or may expose us to legal liability. Additionally, we may disclose your personal information in situations that we believe to be emergencies involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person or property if we believe that your personal information in any way relates to that threat. Information we receive about you, including transaction data related to redemption of BondDollars, may be accessed, processed and retained for an extended period of time when it is the subject of a legal request or obligation, governmental investigation, or investigations concerning possible violations of our terms or policies, or otherwise to prevent harm.

You may change or update your personal contact and certain demographic information by accessing your account on the BondRewards for Education Website. You may also change this information by contacting us in the manner described in Section 6 above.

We employ a strict policy against sending unsolicited email. We only engage in email marketing to those members who have elected to receive email from us, including promotional email and newsletters. If you later decide you wish to cease participation in the email marketing part of our Program, you may do so at any time by changing your online account settings or by contacting us in the manner described in Section 6 above. In addition, each promotional email we send you contains a link to unsubscribe or "opt out" of receiving future emails. If you are not interested in receiving promotional email or newsletters from us, you may choose to opt out from receiving such email or cancel your membership.

Please note that opting not to receive promotional email and newsletters from us does not exempt you from receiving administrative emails that include, but are not limited to, notices about vital Program and membership status changes, changes to this Privacy Policy and the BondRewards for Education Terms of Use, and purchase and redemption confirmation emails. Our member services department may contact you in response to your inquiries, to provide services at your request and to manage your account.

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us in the manner described in Section 6. Please note that cancelling your membership does not require us to delete your personal information from our servers and archives, although we may do so in the ordinary course of business. We archive member information as a part of our normal backup processes, in order to, among other things, respond to future requests for redemption of accrued BondDollars, to the extent available under the Program's Terms of Use, and to provide a record in case of questions regarding past account transactions.

The BondRewards for Education Website and emails contain links to various other sites that are not owned by us, including sites maintained by our advertisers, merchant partners, publishers, social networking channels and rewards providers. While BondRewards for Education makes every effort to ensure that our business partners post clear and complete privacy policies and observe appropriate data practices, each of their sites has its own privacy policy that may differ from our own. The privacy practices of other websites and companies are not covered by this policy. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collect personal information. Please note that when you click a link to a third party website, you may see a BondRewards for Education "frame" at the top of the page. This is intended to be a navigational tool only, to allow you to easily return to the BondRewards for Education Website. The presence of a BondRewards for Education frame does NOT indicate you are still on the BondRewards for Education website or covered by this Privacy Policy.

To provide you with certain Services, we may partner with third party service providers to collect data and/or provide certain Services on our behalf in order to enhance your experience with the Program.

We occasionally send the information we gather about our members to third-party data processors to organize, process and/or analyze the data on our behalf (to help ensure it is accurate and up-to-date) or on behalf of third-party advertisers and merchants they may represent (who may then receive information about our membership base in aggregate, anonymous form, in order to better tailor their marketing efforts to you interests).

We occasionally use third parties to provide other services on our behalf, such as handling the processing and delivery of email, conducting surveys, contests and sweepstakes, providing customer support, processing transactions, hosting our Program enrollment pages, or performing statistical analysis of our services. In some cases, these service providers may retain a record of the information they collect for purposes of verifying their receipt of any fees we may be obligated to pay them.

Although we house our data in the United States, it is possible that some of our data processing or the data processing by our advertisers or merchant partners may occur outside of the United States. While the data protection laws of these countries may vary, we will make every reasonable effort to protect your information based upon the express terms of this Privacy Policy. By enrolling in the Program, you consent to this transfer of your personal data.

We have established companywide industry-standard security practices for your protection. These practices include, but are not limited to, firewall security, the use of appropriate encryption technology (such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software), and the use of multiple levels of password security to limit access to data on a "need-to-know" basis. We secure your sensitive information with a digital security technology provided by VeriSign/RSA, a trusted leader in digital security. As an extra precaution, please make sure that you are using the latest version of an SSL-enabled browser and that you never disclose your BondRewards for Education password to anyone.

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any material changes in the way we use your personal information we will post a notice at the top of the Privacy Policy web page or, for material changes to our information practices, via email.

We do not accept registrations from persons under the age of fourteen. The BondRewards for Education Program is available only to persons who are fourteen years of age and older, and you must be eighteen years of age or older to purchase items through the BondRewards for Education Website. The BondRewards for Education Website will automatically block enrollment of any person who indicates he or she is under the age of fourteen. If we later learn that a user is under the age of fourteen, we will terminate the account of such user and delete the user's information. Inherent in the Program is the responsibility of parents and/or guardians to ensure that their children's privacy is protected. We will not be liable for any content or advertisements viewed by children in violation of this Privacy Policy or the BondRewards for Education Terms of Use.
